Single Moms, Painting, and My New Theme Song

Every March I am reminded of how tough a job single moms have.  As moms, we just do what we have to do to help make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible, but it is so much easier when you have a helper, especially when you are sick.  So to all the single moms out there, thank you.  Thank you for working so hard everyday.  May God bless you as you continue making a difference in your family's lives.

I managed to take some pictures of the two rooms that are finished (except for trim).  My cold is getting worse, so I doubt I will get any painting done tomorrow.  Hopefully, this won't put me too far behind.

Kitchen - Behr's Dynasty Celadon   (PPL-80)
It's hard to tell here, but it has kind of a sage green tint.

Master Bedroom - Behr's Offshore Mist (UL220-10)
This is more blue than I thought it would be, but I'm liking it.  It's cool & calm.  Just what we need in the midst of this insanity.

So, I thought I would share my new theme song.  Hope you enjoy it!

Living thru faith,
Misty

  1. The paint colors look great! Looks like great paint job also!

Don't paint tomorrow - stay home in bed while kids go to school and Sarah to daycare (yes, take sick day from work). Maybe then you're cold will get better and not worse again.

LOVE your "theme" song - can I borrow it for mine too. Sounds like I feel and what I need to be reminded of both. :~)
